• 1 7oz jar marshmallow cream
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 1/2 cups white sugar
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups milk chocolate chips
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps

• Line a small baking pan with aluminum foil. As a bonus, chill the pan so that the candy sets sooner once you pour it into the pan (but don’t do that until the end).
• In saucepan over a low heat, stir together marshmallow fluff, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring the concoction to a full boil, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
• Remove from heat and mix with both the semisweet and milk chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla. Pour it all into the lined pan.
• Chill the pan 2 hours to set it.
